Our family is originally from Peru and some still live there. Some of us, have lived here in the good old U.S.A for over 22 years.
The creation of Nazca Grill is a concerted effort from family members, including extended family, as the realization of a dream of ours to carry on the tradition of our parents, Marcia & Gera
We have chosen San Diego as the location to open for business because of the people, the surroundings, and definitely the weather!!
Our staff, although young in years, has now the experience and ability to continually deliver quality food and service. We feel lucky to have them on board.
Our goal is simple, quality in everything we do. We strive to provide the best quality in food and service, and continually review our process to get us to the top of customers' lists
